Examples for Your Consideration
Different materials provide different looks, each offering a unique appeal tailored to the preferences of my clients.
Canvas Prints: Non-reflective and "painterly," canvas wraps add a textured, artistic feel to your space. They are ideal for those who appreciate a more subdued, traditional aesthetic.
Museum Acrylic (Chromogenic Wet Back Print): Glossy and vibrant, these prints are designed to "pop" with color. The depth and clarity make the scene feel immersive, almost as if you could step into it. Museum acrylics offer a modern and polished look, perfect for contemporary settings
Winter Dreams
Location: Utah West Desert
In the Bleak Midwinter
By Christina Rossetti
In the bleak midwinter, the frosty wind moaned,
Earth stood hard as iron, water like a stone.
Snow had fallen, snow on snow, snow on snow,
In the bleak midwinter, long ago.
It was 10 degrees, and the air was so cold that even keeping their eyes open seemed like a monumental effort. Like statues frozen in time, these magnificent creatures stood their ground—enduring everything that nature threw their way. With no barn to shelter them, no hay to eat, their survival depended on nothing more than sheer will and instinct. This moment, frozen in time, is a reminder of the strength and resilience that defines them in the harshest of winters.
This gives context to the image, invoking both the poetic nature of the scene and the stark, brutal conditions the animals face. Let me know if you'd like any adjustments!

Winter Dreams
Location: Utah Badlands, South Central Utah
Winter is tough! Lens work for this image began at 4:30 AM and ended well after dark, a solid 14 hours later. The scene you're viewing is from the rugged Utah badlands. I prefer to work alone on these adventures, navigating deep snow with a four-wheel drive, searching for wild Mustangs, and scanning the mountain ranges with a spotting scope.
Some trips don’t yield any Mustangs, but in winter, there’s something uniquely magical about the challenge. Unlike the summer months when Mustangs favor watering holes and are easier to locate, winter storms, deep snow, and subzero temperatures provide a stunning backdrop for capturing raw, dramatic moments. These conditions set the stage for photographs that offer a different kind of beauty—one not often captured by other photographers who stick to the typical summer scenes.
