The first snowfall on vibrant autumn leaves at Park City Mountain Resort is a rare and awe-inspiring event. Normally, strong fall winds strip the leaves before snow arrives—making this fleeting moment uniquely magical. When snow does fall, water droplets on the richly colored leaves behave like natural magnifiers, causing the foliage to glow luminouslyunder sunlight. A veil of soft cloud cover diffuses the light, turning the landscape into a living painting. As the clouds shift, the interplay of light and shadow brings out remarkable depth and a dramatic 3D effect.
